For all of us adults who made narrative home "movies" when we were kids, do I have some music for your ears! At Growing Up Movies, we encourage adults to tap back into the inner kid-like creativity we all had when we were young. Our upcoming Pilot episode is an original concept utilizing an old movie I made in 1989 in a new, professional story-telling setting. The artwork is hot off the press and you can see the trailer here: https://youtu.be/yE0ceOAJalg?si=sJGTKOYhCjsXdyFi

Stay tuned for the official release date on Amazon Prime!

We want to also see YOUR "growing up movies"s, as we are building a community of kids turned adults who made such wonderfully amateurish flicks when we were young. So stay tuned for more and remember to pick up that camera, paintbrush, or musical instrument and find a few moments in your adult life to be creative just for the fun of it! Like we all did when we were kids!

Hey Hey 1980s and 90s Nostalgaholics! It has been a long time coming indeed, but finally, our pilot episode for Growing Up Movies will be released this fall on Amazon Prime. I spent the past year working on a marketing plan for the show and we are now close to finalizing that plan, so I'm making a small "pre-announcement" with more info to follow. In the meantime, in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVQ97MwN0EA&t=2s you can see a little more about what GUM is all about - encouraging adults to bring out their personal creativity by revisiting the creative art we all made when we were kids and just created for the fun of it. Stay tuned for more fun stuff this fall!
